Adds the L4 knowledge-wiki layer from my-robot:
loops wiki/— Obsidian vault (SCHEMA.md conventions, index, log, decisions/guides/entities/sources folders, preconfigured.obsidian)WIKI.md— repo-root pointer (vault folder name has a space).cursor/rules/llm-wiki.mdc— agent rule: read SCHEMA before wiki ops, file decisions into the wikiIdempotent; existing files untouched. Not merging — review first.
